Vertical meters

Vertical meters are calculated per group. If the person from the group decides to stop earlier, the vertical meters for him will be counted the same way as for the others from the same group, who will keep skiing.

If the group decides to stop earlier, the vertical meters for the persons from this group will be counted the same way as for the other groups that have skied the same day.

If you haven't reached the guaranteed vertical meters in your heliski program by the end of your visit because of bad weather conditions or technical problems, 100 Euros per 1000 vertical meters will be refunded to you.

If you would like to get more vertical meters once you have reached your included ones, you can apply for it. The cost of additional vertical meters is 100 Euros per person per 1000 vertical meters.

Helicopter flight time

Flight time is the time from the moment of take-off to landing a helicopter. The time from engine start to take-off and the time from landing to stop the engine are not calculated (rotor time).

When you have used your helicopter flight time in your "Private heliski holidays", you can apply for more hours for the price of 2.400 Euros per hour which is equal to 40 Euros per minute.

Payment

To confirm your booking we ask to make a payment of 25% of the price of the program. The rest of the amount must be paid not later than 30 days before the date of your arrival.

If there are available seats and you make a reservation in less than 30 days before your arrival we ask for 100% prepayment at once.

You can pay for your heliski program in the following ways:

Cancellation

If you cancel your booking in more than 30 days before your arrival 100% of the price of the program will be refunded.

If you cancel your booking in between 30 and 7 days before your arrival 25% of the prepayment will not be refunded.

If you cancel your booking in less than 7 days before your arrival no refunds will be provided.

Insurance

We highly recommend you to have travel and cancellation insurance. No insurance is included in our programs.

Waiver

Before you start skiing after the safety briefing, we ask you to read and sign a waiver related to the concomitant extreme alpine skiing risks and are independent from the actions of company staff Heliksir Ltd.
